Reminiscing the ‘Zakhm’ days, Kunal Kemmu said that he remembers Mahesh Bhatt and the fact that the movie was based on his life. “The first thing that comes to my mind is that we shot for two songs back to back. The first shot that I gave was for, ‘Gali Mein Aaj Chand Nikla’. In the shot, I was looking over a balcony. Then we shot for ‘Saari Bekarari’ after that. I was basically just taking instructions and was completely unaware of what’s going to happen. It is one of the most special films in my life.”
Talking about his film, ‘Raja Hindustani’ where he played the character named, ‘Rajnikanth’, Kunal said, ‘The Bermuda shorts kept getting shorter as I grew taller and the film was shot over a long period of time. I remember, the Bermuda shorts used to come up to my knees and by the time we finished that film, it had gone up.”
Further, speaking about ‘Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke’, Kunal said that the first thing that comes to his mind is eggs and tomatoes. “It was a Disneyland for me. You have given an eight-year-old kid a bucket full of eggs and tomatoes and asked him to throw at people. I didn’t know anything about acting as I was just eight-years-old. I was just following instructions and having fun.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kunal was last seen in Mohit Suri’s ‘Malang’. He is currently busy with his web series.
